A planned infrastructure maintenance is scheduled on Saturday, October 10 at 10:00 CEST (Paris time) to perform database updates. The intervention is expected to last approximately 15 minutes.

During this window, you may experience a temporary delay of up to 30 minutes in the processing of GPS-based automatic events (arrival and departure updates, loading/unloading statuses).

Rest assured, no data loss is anticipated.

Please note that this maintenance will not affect access to the platform UI, API services, or order processing.

Resolved - The issue affecting ETA updates is now closed.

Monitoring - The issue affecting ETA updates has been resolved. ETA information is now being generated and displayed normally; ETA-based notifications and message out are operating as expected.

The incident affected ETA processing from 5 October at approximately 17:00 CEST until 6 October 13:40 CEST.

We are continuing to monitor the service to confirm that volumes remain normal.

We are investigating an issue affecting ETA updates. Some shipments may not display an ETA in the Shippeo platform, and ETA-based notifications or message out sent to external systems may be delayed or unavailable.

The following symptoms were observed during that timeframe:
- No ETA displayed or updated on the platform
- No ETA transmitted to external systems
- No ETA-based notifications (SMS and/or email) are sent

The issue was first detected on 5 October at approximately 17:00 CEST. The scope and cause are still under investigation.
