On February 20, 2025, at 16:36 (Paris Time), we encountered an issue where our Insights service stopped updating due to a blockage in the data pipeline caused by unexpected data. This resulted in delays in data reporting for users.
Our engineering team promptly investigated the issue and worked diligently to resolve it. The blockage was successfully cleared, and normal data flow was restored on February 21, 2025, at 08:42 (Paris Time). The Insights service is now up-to-date and functioning normally.
