Due to an internal incident, on 15/06 between 17:45 and 19:12 CEST, some notifications may have been delivered with a delay of up to 1 hour 30 minutes.
Our team quickly identified and resolved an internal system configuration issue that was preventing our notification service from operating normally.
During the incident, notifications were not lost they were queued and delivered with delay once the issue was fixed.
We have resolved the issue affecting notification delivery. All notifications are now being dispatched normally.
