[INCIDENT] Orders not tracked via PULL API Events-in for some organizations

Dear users,
We have identified an incident that affected orders created prior to 26/06 at 06:00 CEST or between 26/06 at 06:00 and 29/06 03:30 CEST for a specific list of Shippeo organizations with pull API integrations.

This issue has been resolved since 29/03 at 03:30 CEST and all orders created afterward are now tracked as expected.
